Launched in 1999, the ISBC/SPADE Indexes is a private organization independent of Wall Street and the broker/dealer community that designs, develops, and maintains equity indexes. The New York Stock Exchange / AMEX group serves as the calculation agent for all SPADE Indexes including the SPADE Defense Index, the SPADE Oklahoma Index, and the SPADE Texas Index.
