About the Market
Oklahoma is known as one of the most business-friendly states, due in part to low tax rates. With an economy based largely on energy but with growing interests in other sectors, from 2000 to 2010, Oklahoma's gross domestic product according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis increased 61.6%, its per capita GDP growing at one of the highest rates in the United States. In addition, four Fortune 500 companies call Okalhoma home.

CNBC in 2011 ranked Oklahoma #3 in terms of cost of living and #6 in ocst of doing business. CNN/Money named Oklahoma City as the #1 place to launch a business calling it, "Stable and affordable, Oklahoma City is a have for entrepreneurial risk takers...[with a] diverse local economy spread across medical research, energy, education, and government."

About the Index
The SPADE Oklahoma Index is a modified market capitalization weighted index that seeks to measure the performance of publicly-traded companies whose corporate headquarters are located within the State of Oklahoma or who maintain significant operations within the State of Oklahoma.

About the Constituents
The Index is comprised of nearly thirty companies with a market capitalization greater than $100 million, that maintain sufficient liquidity, and that are listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) or quoted on the NASDAQ Global Market (“NASDAQ”).
